Even if name spaces are a purely organizational thing right now,
I think that the proposal would be most useful when merged with the
ERR5RS process. So what I would prefer is to move it to the ERR5RS
namespace and maybe leave a pointer to it in the original page. Or
does the Wiki software keep track of moves and renames?

Although I have created the proposal page, other people have
contributed content to it, so it would be important to know what
happens when a page is moved or renamed. Can people still find
it? Or would it indeed be best to copy the page and then replace
the original one with a link to the new one?

This is the first time I am using a Wiki, so please be patient
with me. :-)
