Well, ISTR running across the ability to 'freeze' pages, so when
ERR5RS is deemed finished, I intend to freeze the pages in that
namespace. Any addenda will then be handled through the talk pages
exclusively.

in MediaWiki move==rename, and it is indeed tracked. See below.

In MediaWiki, if you use the 'move' tab above the article there is an
amazing amount of magic that is done for you. Mostly it comes down to
all the referencing links also get moved for free, and a 'referral'
page gets left at the old address. The referral page stays in place
until someone overwrites it, or so I believe - I haven't tried it yet.

Well it's not my *first* time, but this is my first sponsorship and
also the largest-scale use I have done yet. We're all on a learning
