Ok, so here's the policy thang. Is your content intended to only be
part of the ERR5RS document chain? Or is it also part of an
independent proposal for a separate work? Remember, there is nothing
preventing you from linking in between namespaces. They mostly serve
as an indexing/search aid. There are some built-in tools in the wiki
which are aware of the segmentation (no I mostly can't list them -
I've seen them while passing through on the way to other things :P )
There are several options:
* you can refactor the page into a universal part and ERR5RS part
* you can link from ERR5RS content to your page where appropriate
* you can move your page into ERR5RS
* you can copy your page into ERR5RS
I would suggest that you use one of the first two. In any case there
is nothing I need to intervene with in order to make it happen. Pages
get added to a namespace right now simply by using a page name that
begins with the namespace name followed by a ':' (e.g. "ERR5RS:Bangers
and Mash")
