Agreed, with one modification:

Underneath I added a micro-essay based on the DRY principle (Don't
Repeat Yourself): i.e. "Move, don't remove, don't copy", for copies
of any bit of info will get out of sync.

(I a bit controversially apply this to code comments as well; to
expand on what I said, I consider all comments to be just what
one person, at one time, thought the code *might* be doing....)
