[Junta] wiki and jabber problem

there seems to be a problem with the wiki.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in
/home/.fashti/drr/scheme-punks.cyber-rush.org/wiki/LocalSettings.php on line 125

additionally, is the jabber server up?  all requests i have made to create an
account on it have timed out.
