[Junta] Wiki style

Hey there,

I've noticed a trend which I may have (inadvertently) helped to
propagate, but which I was told once upon a time is bad style. In
short, apparently long pages with sub-headings are considered better
wiki style than tons of small pages.

I will freely stipulate that this is a stylistic issue, and since we
are pretty much all programming geeks here with a certain familiarity
with nested namespaces (and highly factored semantics) that the
tendency to zillions of short pages feels natural. I would also
suggest that we fight it - if for no other reason than it makes
tracking changes to be that much harder. I suppose I would venture
that the usual breakdown in HTML-published books of one chapter per
page is approximately the right granularity.

Just a thought.
