[Junta] a note on signing WikiMedia modifications and the like

When you want an inline signature, WikiMedia has
two simple shortcuts which get replaced by the
right thing (name == a link to your User page):

Your name: ~~~

Your name plus timestamp: ~~~~

Wikipedia style, which I use, is to put ~~~~ at
the end of an entry that needs a signature.

Modifying "canon" does not need one, but it helps
in a discussion.

A lot of people on this list are just using ~~~
at the beginning of an entry, which for our
small site is fine, although following my "judge
the words, not the speaker" principle, I prefer
to read the author's name at the end.

To create a thread with increasing indentation
for each entry, add a colon (":") at the
beginning of each line.
